We were selected by the World Bank to advise on the PPP aspects of the Nairobi –Thika Super Highway in Kenya.

We have advised and represented government authorities, lenders, project companies, sponsors, developers engaged in the development and implementation of road projects, rail projects, power projects, telecom projects, port, oil and gas projects. The firm has acted as counsel to the developers, concessioning authority as well as lenders in a number of PPP projects including road projects (national and state highways), rapid transportation, rail privatisation, bus terminus privatisation, railway gauge conversion, urban infrastructure, water & sanitation projects, education, health, pipeline projects and medium / large sized power projects and as lenders’ counsel to the Indian financial institutions, international banks and multi-lateral agencies. In the rail sector, the firm has had the first mover advantage, having drafted the documents for the first rail privatization and thereafter the template document for rail privatisation in India
